    Freshly painted and cute. The Standard Double Room was gorgeous, spacious, and impeccably clean. The staff's friendliness stood out, though a bit more attention to detail regarding room amenities would enhance the experience.

    Stylish hotel, all of the staff were amicable and excellent, excellent location to the old centre. The breakfast was delicious and top class with mushrooms and champagne, for example to choose from. Location: the property was near a beautiful park, old town and central station, good public transport lines nearby, and wroclaw for work. Being minutes from India Spice House was nice, we had dinner there.

    great stay , but minor noise issues

    The staff provided great service, always attentive to my needs. The dining experience was awesome with exquisite food that was beautifully presented. My room was not only immaculate, but also very quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Guests particularly enjoyed the prime location, made exploring Old Town so convenient.

    High-End Luxury Rooms, Unique Historical Building, Perfect Customer Service

    Tram noise definitely disrupted my sleep!!! Housekeeping really needs to step up, as my bathroom was dirty upon arrival and remained that way!!! Expect some confusion during check-out schedule and communication too!!!

    my stay here was fantastic as it was just a short walk to the fine Tumski Bridge and the beautiful Cathedral of St John the Baptist, making it easy for me to soak in the amazing views and rich history of the city during my weekend strolls.

    Wroclaw magic awaits 🇵🇱✨

    Ah man, it seemed like we were living in a palace! Super lekker room with a fine view of the river. Deffo loved the fresh brekkie spread every morning, such a nice way to start the day!

    Just had a bit of noise from the trams. Was a bit of a jol when I wanted to catch some z's.

    I recently spent a few nights at Altus Palace in Wroclaw and had mixed feelings. The Superior Double Room impressed me with its large, airy space. Everything felt fresh and clean, especially the luxurious bathroom with a fantastic walk-in shower. I appreciated the thoughtful details like the Nespresso machine and the plush bathrobes. The views of the river from the quadruple glazed windows were fine, perfect for morning coffee. The cute touch of sparkling wine upon arrival set a lovely tone for my stay. I encountered a few issues. There were times when the noise from the trams outside was noticeable. While the staff was generally helpful, there were moments of miscommunication about parking that left me frustrated. I had a great dining experience at the hotel restaurant, where the food was exquisite. The attention to detail in the room and the dining experience were highlights, but the noise and parking issues dampened the experience a bit.

    The staff provided really good service and were highly attentive, particularly in assisting with my business needs. The Junior Suite was spacious, immaculately cleaned, and very quiet, ensuring a restful environment for work. The dining experience was excellent, with a diverse breakfast menu including freshly baked pastries and organic juices. The location is perfect, situated close to Old Town.
